Small businesses looking to expand are now able to refinance existing loans to buy real estate and other fixed assets as a result of permanent changes to the U.S. Small Business Administration's 504 Certified Development Company loan program.  The changes were authorized in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

New Client Announcement: Food Service Start-Up
 
Minneapolis (July 2, 2009) - STRATiCOM announced, today, the addition of Gareth St. John as a new client.  Gareth is in the early stages of devloping a start-up food service business.  Initially, STRATiCOM will assist him in developing a thorough pro-forma financial analysis to test the concept, and then help him produce a comprehensive start-up business plan.  Gareth hopes to have the business ready to launch by fall, 2009.
